Forgiveness
How does one ask for forgiveness if they dont know or remeber any offense? How does one forgive themselves?Is it easier to say I am sorry when you are not even sure.
Ok........... I know I am really bad at forgiving especialy myself. And I really mean it when I say I am sorry for offending someone. But its hard for me to say I am sorry when I dont know what you think I did.
Here it goes: To everyone and anyone I ask for your forgiveness it I have offended you with my ideas,words or actions. I need to start this year with a clean slate and forget the past hurts and offenses.
I forgive in return....the scammers, those who played with my affections and took my friendship for granted. I forgive my abuser brothers,and my sister for her actions toward me and my daughter.

Guilt is a tough emotion to manage but it's important to think about it ... the source ... and to work on your language ... the words used that add to or can relieve guilt ... and the way you think ... when you will accept guilt and when you won't.
I always think twice before using the words "I'm sorry" ... it's very rare for me to say anything mean or rude but sometimes someone will decide I said "good morning" the wrong way or something ... I won't apologize for their misunderstanding.
Getting guilt under control ... and not letting others use it against you takes some time but I think it's worth the effort.
I'm imperfect ... I know it ... so is everyone else ... nothing to apologize for.
