You cook?
I got a link from one of my online friends yesterday and did a quiz in the link. The quiz result told that I can be a good chef. yeah!I can cook but not as good as a professional chef. Sometimes when Sunday came and I went to the market and found that I didn't know what to buy and what to cook, especially because I'm a Vegetarian, means I don't eat meat, fish, and seafoods.
My auntie and uncle came back from Taiwan yesterday and I tried to prepared dinner for them. There were eggs, leftover Rendang, leftover chilly sour chicken, cabbage and carrotes.
Here I searched for the image in Google for better image:
- This is Rendang which cooked by my auntie before went to Taiwan (Indonesian food which so famous, even until abroad)
I have little time to prepared so I just cooked simple foods:
- Simple clear eggs soup with chives I cooked, usually cooked by Chinese Indonesian. (but not this thick)
- Chilly sour chicken with lime's leave (this was cooked by my auntie before she went to Taiwan).
- Cap chai (10 kinds of vegetables, Chinese food) I cooked, with eggs, carrots, cabbage, fresh tomato, greenbean, garlic, onion.
What kind of food you usually cooked and how to cook it (brief description)?

I didn't buy anything ready prepared, even the curry paste I made myself from simple ingredients. It was fantastic!!! Even if I do say so myself!! The duck in particular was awesome!!!
I also enjoy European style cooking, I regularly go through my recipe books and try new dishes, pasta/chorizo cheesy bake, sausage casserole, chili con carne, paella are a few of my regular dinners, but I love experimenting and trying new dishes I see in my books.
I let my ex cooked for me though
Rendang (beef stewed curry) is yummy indeed and I sent its recipe to a friend overseas as per his request, his response was, "Wow, it seemed a big project"
Lovely photos, summer, that chilly sour chicken looks like ayam rica-rica (steamed chicken with chilli paste) in Menadonese kitchen but maybe they both have different taste Serupa tapi bisa jadi tak sama
Asyik yang bisa masak, selamat merebut perutnya eh hatinya dengan masakanmu
Too bad I don't cook, reason why am saying that is coz I believe I actually could only if I want to :laugh
Usually I will only cook every few months upon request (only the good exes who can talk me into cooking what they asked hahaha)
I believe cooking is related to hobby and the love you pour into the food, quite similar with gardening too
