Things like loftiness you can't buy
Hypochondria is part of the medical diagnosis repertoire used by physicians. It is a mental illness and should be treated as all other health problems. The patients beliefs challenges the absurd as they believe they suffers from a serious disease. Useless concerns are related to health and more disgusting is the way they draw attention to their fantasy. Thus, looking to find specific physical symptoms of that disease to have some little evidence, they obsessively spend their time observing their physiological reactions for the sake of misinterpretation and the others reactions to the issue. Fools they will fall for it, inevitable.A little stress, a headache, a common cold, a television report on cancer...here are some sparks that triggers the explosion: hypochondria. Social isolation, dismissal, feeling of loss of control over their lives promotes excessive focus attention on their existence and most of all on everyone else who don't buy the whole bull.
Hypochondria conceals repressed aggression. The physical whining, panic attacks and obsessions, sadness, capricious behavior. Having their personality depending on anxiety and lamentations, hypochondriacs get apocalyptic about people, life and simple things that don't need fabulous mental efforts to understand. They mock everything that cannot be taken as it is, as Goethe once said.
Having a traveling cancer seems to be quite a business, thinking of the millions suffering of dermatological diseases (picking just an example) that makes painful even the simple exercise of breathing or moving a finger. But I guess they will never be able to blog on CS about their problems in search for sympathy. They are too busy waiting for updates on legal euthanasia.

The typical hyphocondriac is someone who is at once fearful to the point of obsessiveness.
Add to this a desire for nurturing and attention.
But we also must keep in mind that we live in a society tht promotes this obsessive behavior.
Adds that try to get you to buy their products, docters who push pills, counsellors and shrinks that cater to ones self pity etc.
Life is good if your strong...if you are weak then life becomes an ordeal.
If it is I definatly suffer from this.
Alright, having whatever thing like blogging at hand as a medicine could be good. But just one case i know, it doesn't bring the right balance, as far as I have seen. Besides, i dislike bad words and expressions spread around posts, just because someone thinks that a major health problem such as cancer motivates whatever behavior, without limits.
Then you know, freedom is priceless but always costs something
can't I have built up resistance to the worry?
Icon, I awaite your reply but will not worry about it.
Problem solving, and adapting to fluid situations "is" logical.
Illogical means emotional....very emotional.
But....very emotional people are very human people.
What this means is that while you may be blessing to those around you with your sensitivity.....you can be a curse to yourself.
You also suffer because of it inwardly(pain, hurt feelings)
one has to have people around to be a blessing to others.
i am a stand alone structure.
Got your message, but what if the blogging medicine is used to try to reach some sort of balance in the real world? We don't know, do we?
On the other hand, I do believe in virtual Münchausen syndrome; seen it lots of times and in those cases it's not legal euthanasia but virtual euthanasia that might be a great option
The cost for freedom might have suffered a bit due to economical recession
You are alone because you have felt hurt and rejection.
Being alone is just a manifestation of this.
It's simply your way of dealing with it.
Solitude is merely emotional body armour.....they can't touch you now....right?
Hmmm, treacherous, init?
Well, if i have to stick with the things that actually started this epic episode, striving for such a balance you mentioned is like eating at the restaurant and then throw up once you got home. Due to the economical recession, the credit card will submit to any form of euthanasia, i guess.
As for the cost of freedom, can't you see? It's all here. Virtual and handy!
Credit should only be given where credit is due; cards max out easily these days
I think the definition of freedom isn't as lucid as it seems to be... so cost may differ and we might end up buying a lemon. Please don't tell me to start making lemonade now
Strange how 'virtual' has so much virtue in it, isn't it? Coincidental?
I've been meaning to ask you what is on your head in the picture. Is it a bike helmet. Is it not you? Just wondering, again, I will not worry while I waite for an answer.
does your mind need a strap to hold it on?
I am worried now......
I could really fall for you and your detatchable mind.
My but you are a clever one.
Methinks I can't compete.
I may have to be civil with you.
Hmmm,I'd rather be your friend and admirer...
...than your enemy and detractor.
will you do me the kindness of deleting my last post?
most sincerely,
DW
People who go out of their way to get attention by claiming to have certain illness are not hypochondriacs. They have Histrionic personality disorder.
Don't like "space shuttles"?
I don't like avatars of British movie stars.
I don't like cats, does it counts for a change?
Depends of course in how you treat them.
