weight loss

Has anyone ever heard of or try the weight loss drug phenobestin 37.5? a coworker of mine who is 225 lbs brought it up at work yesterday said she ordered it and was going to try it for 2 months, she said it has gotten good reviews, I am not so sure about drugs, I jog every morning from 4 AM to 6 AM and I watch what I eat, well I eat for my blood type, I still believe that eating right and exercising is the best way to go, but to each his own.
Can I please have some constructive feedback

Well Radance40 I don't know how constructive I will be, I only weigh approx. 175lbs. But I do think that your friend could talk to a Pharma. ( I am a rotten speller ) but I think you know what I mean. They are very knowledgeable on such things and would not be out to gain anything except to help. I have to take a small amount of meds. for a neurological purpose and I have good faith in them.. i.e. the Pharm. It is good of you to try to be so helpful to your friend. I wouldn't mind having a friend like your.. hint.. hintwave wave wave angel angel handshake handshake
PhenObestin 37.5 is NOT recommended for people over the age of 40.
Phenylethylamine HCL which is the active ingredient in PhenObestin 37.5 causes higher heart rates, and it can cause heart arrhythmias and may lead to heart failure.
You can keep on her about the risks of taking these pills in the hope that she will give them up but if she's determined enough then theres not alot you can do.... good luck..

another good idear is remove the fridge from your house ....I havent got one , I havent had one for years ,and only cook what you need and dont cook that much that you end up with left-overs , {great if you have a dog to eat that food waste}

yeah and drink more water , and cups of coffee is not water so remember to drink extra water , 3 to 4 litres per day just for your own body to run just right......teddybear

the number of calories you eat must be less than energy you work out... no other way, no pills help you. Eat less, move more.
Daily number of calories is approx. 9,000 for a woman...

I have never heard of it. I believe that proper diet and exercise is the right way to go. I also believe that if one is doing that and is healthy then the size they are is the right size for them. We all come in differt sizes. And to want a goal that is not right for you is sometimes more unhealthy than to retain the normal weight for you. I hope this makes sense to you.
