What is wrong with kids these days.

What is wrong with kids now a days. Right now I'm living with my cousin and her family. Three of her kids are so disrespectful towards others. Two of them drop the F bomb all the time. It's like every other word that it comes out. Then the other one feels left out and will start running her mouth. We I was their age and in my teens. I never once talked like they do to others.

It's a shame. If I and my brothers and sisters acted like this around our parents. We would have been picking our selfs up wondering what had hit us. My parents and grandparents would not have stood for this. dunno confused

My three older kids were just like my cousin's kids. I'm hoping my two younger sons are better then this when they get a little older.

most of them are lacking a good slap at the back of the head and others their ears being pulled and twisted and lets not forget the others that should be muzzeled for the bad words that come out of their traps but these days... i think its the parents that are afraid of their kids when it should be them to some degree, afraid of the parents... just my thoughts, be they right or wrong roll eyes

My three older kids did not learn to disrespect anyone from me. When they where alot younger I use to wash their mouths out with soap if they said a bad word. But then they became kids. Things changed. Now they are in their mid 20's to early 30's.

My son knew the difference between right and wrong long before I had a chance to tell him.


If his typical behavior was all I had to deal with when he was younger I'd have to say I did a pretty darn good job as a mom.

There are no bad children, only bad parents. If a child isnt shown and taught the proper way to behave what other option do they have than to copy the things they see around them?
