Well, the water comes out of a tap. And u want to change from cold to warm water. But hardly any warm water is flowing. U caught a cold and it is cold outside and inside but no warm water. Sh..!
The metal armatures shine brightly but it doesn't work properly. What could it be? I never succeeded in dismantling this compact tap. Today I gave it a try again. And I found the screw! Wow! Just the right screw to start with. Great! Some more screws unscrewed and here u r inside. What a feeling. U can check all holes easily now and indeed one is full of rubbish. It is rust in the size of small pebbles. This kept the warm water from flowing out.

what kind of a water heater do you have , what kind of a boiler is it ???
Check the water in the kitchen.
If hot water comming in the
kitchen then put the hot water in tub,
take it to the wash room and take bath.
If not possible then call then
plumber he will fix it.
No worries.
warm water is for the clean-up
maybe u should try a different tap scource...am sure u can get warm water for just a little fee...
too heavy on my heart....
