Catching a Cold

Usually it is more common in wintertime to catch a cold. It is not a flu though maybe a bit similar. A real healthy man or woman will not catch a cold, even when it is cold or when swimming in ice-cold water.
It is a means of the body to get rid of unnecessary or even harmful substances in the tissues. Loads or waggons of food, drinks and refreshments leave something behind during metabolism besides energy and restored cells during a year.
Coldness may be the trigger to excrete it accompanied by the known symptoms running nose, cough with or without some fever.
