How We Speak English In Dublin....................
All language has slang phrases...based in the area and the local people...They say the Irish speak better English than the English...Who say, you may ask...The Irish of course...This has just been released...It's a few of the tamer slang words you can expect to come across in our fair city...you can see the word the phrase represents...I do say tame because Dublinese can be very guttural, belligerent and curse words are even full of love for people...We use them to emphasize in ways you wouldn't believe...like...ah you're just my little ball of shite...usually referring to a baby or child...have a look at the video...language is always changing...that's what keeps it alive...
