Apologising is so easy once you have learned how. As long as you don’t have to do it too often. An apology is a poor substitute for repeated poor conduct!

hi Catfoot, some people would only be convinced when the other party apoogized many times, though to some once would be enough.. I think most important thing is not how often apologizing. it's trying not to make mistake too often that is.. and to apologize when we make mistake. wave
