Hi and welcome to CS. I too do not have English as my daily language, but I still learn and write much better then I did in the beginning, when I started to learn myself English. I did read English books and sort of absorbed the way things were written, I also do learn from what I write every day, you just need to be able to observe and learn at the same time.
Read English book and do not be shy in writing most of people on here are wonderful people and they do not mind if you do not write right. So I think you're doing good so far, keep up the good work and never stop learning from others and they way they write.
I also have a dictionary working on my computer so if I do not write the word right, it tells me with a red line under the word. I find this very useful and I also if I can't find the right way to write the word go to Google translation and get help to find the right way to write the word. Wish you good luck.

Good advice from my friend Welela Yes keep writing on here but a snag!!! I learned German once (or a tiny bit) and when I went to Germany proud that I could speak a little I had pronounced all the words wrongly I could read a paper etc but the words I spoke no-one understood. Maybe on u-tube there maybe English lessons and you can hear how to pronounce what you learn.

hi Welela your english very good ...i can read and understand all of your messagge ,i am a littel lazy to write (i love to read more eieieiei) but I need to speak English with the voice not only to write.

Orchid, thank you, nice of you to day so, yes this is the way I have learned my self English... I hope you get some time to read some or do as Redex suggested, go on Youtube and see if you can find any course or anything to learn how to say the words too. I've never been shy with my way of speaking English, so I just talk and if anyone has a problem understanding me, I do like for them to correct me. I have used song lyrics and such also to learn English, if you like a song, get the lyric for it and learn how it is said. This is in my eyes also a good way to learn, and there is a lot of English and American songs to learn from... But there is a slight difference in written English and written American, in England they write colour, in American they write color and so on...So it depends on wish you want to learn. They also write humour in school English and they use humor in American English. I hope this can help you a bit. don't be shy. No one will say your doing baad on here, we are all here for each other!

My respect. I one of those here who doesn't speak on English. But you don't worry because of it, after all not all British know Italian, as well as my Kazakh. To whom you to liking as the friend as the interlocutor as the girlfriend, will understand you, and won't carp at yours not knowledge. I wish you successful is here.
