but first, dont forget, you must realize that "true love" is not like in the movies...
My son did not get married til he was 33. By that time he had finished his studies with a Masters Degree. He asked me why he couldn't find a girl friend. I told him this: First find someone who like you has the same likes and dislikes, make sure she has a college degree, make sure she is at least 28 or 29. He waited, impatiently, but then it happened.
She's beautiful, they got married, she filled the "quota" (that is, equally yoked), they fell in love, they traveled to different countries, he proposed in Rome, Italy on some high falooting fancy wancy romantic place, she said "Yes" (just like in the movies), they got married and they just had a beautiful young son who is the spitting image (HA HA HA HA) of his Grand Dad (me, of course).
Be patient and look for someone equally yoked!

Something you could do is to seriously examine the question ” why would a woman want to be with me, given that she makes her own money and is independent?”
They're hard to find because all the wrong ones are first in line
and the ones that are left are not right in their minds
