Have you been on that page? I think CS explains the problem very nicely there.
We are sorry to announce that effective August 1st our chat provider Userplane is shutting down their business and will no longer offer chat service to this site.
We do not have a replacement at this time.
So there you have it. I'm sure CS is doing their best to find a replacement for us. Remember, CS is for free and they don't have an unlimited budget to just purchase what we want. But there are so many other things we can do here, so why not enjoy it while CS do what the can.
I don't know I never used it..... I stay on the blogs!!
Bring it back. lol.
