In my old age I am recalling great things people did for me when we were young. I wished that we had stayed in contact so I could thank them now.

I find it rather interesting how I take a different look at life as I grow older. Some thing I would have considered a bother when I was young I now regard that it would have been a privilege.
Maybe you are right. I grew with parents that were always thinking about the other person. They never considered the cost factor. Since I have started blogging here I have learned that when you light another candle from your flame it does not make your flame burn any less bright.
Thank you. Maybe that is why I have an invitation to thanksgiving dinner next week. I got the invitation more than two months ago.

It is hard to believe such small deeds could leave such lasting impression.
I am afraid that the female do not go around telling everyone and announcing that "deed" publicly.
It might have been something trivial to you, but it could have made a world's difference to somebody else. The small things do count.
