I know and hate some really cruel, diabolic, beyond-evil people. I'd like to ask GOD to deal with them...
if we are far from God, God will be far from us
if we are close, God closer to us...
depend on your belief...
Simply make yourself comfortable, sitting or lying down. You may or may not close your eyes although you may miss something interesting if you don't look into the inner screen of your mind.
Softly sing HU repeatedly until about 10 to 14 minutes have elapsed. Thereafter you may remain silent for a while and enjoy any experience which may follow.
