Spring is a Miracle
I'm really not religious but I still love this time of year, it just give you hope for the future. This year has been challenging so far. But as I walk outside without a coat or sweater and see the flowers starting to bloom the smiles come easier and my heart is lifted to new heights.Maybe that is why I am on here again. Hoping with this renewal of spring I may also have a renewal. I don't really need a man in my life right now but my life would be so enriched by having a special someone to go out and enjoy the local waterfalls or check out the aquarium. I am still so new to the area there are many things I have yet to see or experience.
Maybe it is that fact I have a birthday next week and I am feeling nostalgic. Another year has passed and the only thing I can say is that I have lost 30 lbs. in the last year. I may still be a work in progress but I am making headway and that is all that matters.

Good job on the improving health. Try giving up all the processed foods. I lost lots of weight that way and have had it off now for a few years.
