How to be free?

How to be free when everybody tell me how to live my life, I have low self esteem, I never say what I really want to do because I don't want to hurt feelings of others, if I don't do what my family want they get mad, help me please some advice.

This is tough...I mean what to do when we're in low-profile...I'm no expert on this matter...but even the so called experts tend to fail or mis calculate, if you will.

Avelina, my personal opinion, yes if you need to get rid of people that are causing you to be low self esteem do it, you are not stupid because you know the problem. Even if you need to move far away from them it will be hard in the begiing but later it will be much better.

"How to be free" implies that it is pre-taken feeling that you aspire to be free....you only know better if I evaluated correctly. Second thing related to the first is that you desire to be free but restrict yourself because you may hurt others in the process.
Knowing your views regarding the above mentioned facts I can offer my advice or suggestion only after that. dunno

All my life I have been overprotected I only want to make my own decision if I make a mistake is mine. But when I made a mistake they said you are a fool, stupid.

no one can take you the freedom
and no one can dictate to you how you have to live
everyone is human in his own way strongly
some of them just do not know this

your immediate family ( parents and blood-siblings ) is the best source for advice as they truly care for you. next, you can include some close relatives and some real good friends whom you can trust.

It seems that everybody is just used to you doing as they say. You cannot please everybody, so please yourself. Do what you feel is best for you and soon enough others will get used to you.

Avelina, be free mean that you have to be responsible for your acts, your life, your bills, your problems. Are you free? If yes make your mistakes and pay the bills for that. That mean make your mistake and be responsible for this. Dont wait for anybody say what is right or what is wrong. Make your s mistakes....

Freedom starts when one stops holding themselves hostage or prisoner of their own thoughts.
We are all prisoners to guilt low self esteem anger fear
Clearing one's mind and heart of the clutter within is
a good place to start. You must live for yourself not waste
your life pleasing others. If anybody honestly loves and respects
you they will honor your decisions. First you have to honor
yourself. Nobody on CS or anywhere can help you
because they are in the same boat as you. Myself included.
