They probably both decided on getting children - both have to look after them. Small children are hard work, too, and they need to spend time with their father.
Giving out to other people won't change the situation, they should sit down and discuss this together.
This is what happens when you have children...what did you expect?...being a parent is a responsibility, the job isn't the sole responsibility of the woman...so before you decide to blame the female in regards to not allowing the male to have his own life, maybe it is better to understand that having children is not for the faint hearted...and men have a part to play in this...
