Playing around with feelings

There are a lot of messers and weirdos on the net, if you want to do internet dating, you better develop a thick skin.

Vonkelwyn, I know how you feel. I presume you are talking about internet dating ? sites? There are alot of people on here and other sites [I am told] that are 'weird' there are those who have no profile pictures, those who are married, players who will tell you lies to get you into bed and then the game is over and you are discarded. Hearts and human beings are fragile. I was very niave at one time and I hope I have learnt my lesson . I now would be more careful about watching out for those Red Flags I am annoyed at myself sometimes for not having seen them in my last relationship, men who want [and women too probably] to rush the relationship and who fall in love very quickly... those who show signs of being controllingn and jealousy, those who are incessantly checking up on you and texting you, who come on too fast and too strong. [needy with emotional issues ] who havenot dealt with issues of the past, those who are emotionally abusive and who kick your self esteem to the kerb befor you even know it... yep. I have been there. I am not perfect but there are some very toxic men out there, and indeed women I'm sure.... so just dont wear rose tinted glasses and remember... if somebody seems too good to be true, thats because they are....
