US Marine Scott Joseph Pemberton

He is charged of killing a Filipino transgender he met in a bar in Olongapo City. Not that I know him but if he felt he was shortchanged since the she is really a he, then he could have just turned back and walked away. But now he is charge with murder. If he was only sober during that time. who knows if he wasn't the one who did it even. I just hope real justice will be served.moping

Did he kill IT in the bar or elsewhere? If elsewhere then what does the bar have to do with the story?

There is a difference between doctors accepting something as a medical condition while also sharpening their scalpels so they can make some money off the wretch with a few surgeries a straight person would not need, and claiming that same condition is widely accepted amongst the general populace.

Well hopefully it will be a jury trial if such a choice is available there. Then it will be a simple vote.

If I was sloshed and found the wrong set of tools in the right place, that person that fooled a intoxicated man will not wake up in one ward. Got nothing against whoever but don't rub yourself off on someone that doesn't appreciate your 'talents'cheers thumbs up
