Remember these two points. Firstly, the same energy has to move. It has to be taken away from the ordinary physical eyes and allowed to move through the third eye. Secondly, the third eye is not part of the physical body. It is part of the subtle body, the second body that is within. Because it is part of the subtle body, the moment you can look through it you look at the subtle world. You are sitting here. If a ghost is sitting here you cannot see it, but if your third eye is functioning you will see the ghost, because subtle existence can be seen only through the subtle eye.How is the third eye related with this technique of looking? It is deeply related. Really, this technique is to open the third eye. If your two eyes stop completely, if they become non-moving, static, like stones, with no movement in these eyes, the energy stops flowing through them. If you stop them, the energy stops flowing through them. The energy flows; that is why they move. The vibration, the movement, is because of the energy. If the energy is not moving, your eyes will become just like a dead man's eyes - stoney, dead.
Looking at a spot, staring at it without allowing your eyes to move anywhere else, will give a staticness. Suddenly the energy which was moving through the two eyes will not be moving through these eyes. And energy has to move; energy cannot be static. Eyes can be static, but energy cannot be static. When these eyes are closed to the energy, if suddenly the doors are closed and the energy cannot move through these eyes, it tries to find a new path. And the third eye is just near, just between the two eyebrows, half an inch deep. It is just near - the nearest point.
If your energy is released from these eyes, the first thing that can happen is that it will move through the third eye. It is just as if water is flowing and you close one hole: it will find another - the nearest which can be found with the least resistance. It will find it automatically; you do not have to do anything specifically. With these physical eyes, you just have to stop energy from moving through them, and then energy will find its own path and it will move through the third eye.
This movement through the third eye transforms you into a different world. You start seeing things you have never seen, you start feeling things you have never felt, you start smelling things you have never smelled. A new world, a subtle world, starts functioning. It is already there. The eye is there; the world, the subtle world, is already there. Both are there, but not revealed.

Does that mean it automatically goes to their 3rd eye?

what you are advising here is of course a good help for Individuals to get an understanding how to start to open the third Eye,but you should also warn about what happen when it start suddenly for some Individuals to work heavily,because if you are coming scared in that moment when you start to see Spirits around you or you realize exactly the real in other People,that looks not so nice,then you easily block your self from it and it is very much harder to get it to work a second time.
My Daughter experienced that situation very heavily,when she was in the collage in USA,she saw the burst of different colors from the face of her Teachers depending of what mood they had and in the night in her dark bedroom some Spirits was present,so she came so scared,that she blocked everything out and it took years for her to get it back.
My older Son was about 15 years old,when everything was opening for him and when he told about the Spirits around him,then I ask him,if he was afraid,to what he answered very clearly,YES....but when I explain to him little more about it,then he calm down and whole the process was growing steadily and still expanding in all directions.
My younger Son again was about 11 when it happened to him and in that moment he lie on the top of the back part of our sofa....suddenly he lost his conscious,fell on the floor in the back of the sofa and I was first little in a chock,about what had happen to him,but then he open his eyes and he start to talk with an Mans voice,that first explained what had happen,from where he was coming and then giving information's to our questions,like that there are more Universes that is connected to our own Universe,like in a flower formation....in that time about 25 years ago,the Astronomical scientist had not yet tough,that it could be the case,the first time they came up with it was about 2 years ago,when they told,that they believe,there are more Universes existing....that same voice visited several time more and gave a lot of information,but the very good thing was,that my younger Son took it very calmly,even he was so young.
It is possible to move the energy over to an other Person and open the ability and I can do it when the other Person are calm down and sitting with Eyes close in front of me and then I keep the Person in Both hands....it take first some minutes,but then the energy start to flow and the other Person can clearly feel it....I have done it to 2 outsiders from my Family and both of them can heal and can see into the Human body as also see the Spirits around....these 2 Persons have good hearts and that is why I did it,because these abilities are not meant for making money,they are for to help Humanity and if you use them in a egoistic way,your development is going to vanish....
So when we tell the way how to open the third Eye,we have to also give the protecting information,what could happen,because for some People it could be like a big burst and then a scary experience,that can make a very traumatic situation.
This is one of the simplest methods of being attentive. You cannot be attentive to any other part of the body so easily. This gland absorbs attention like anything. If you give attention to it, both your eyes become hypnotized with the third eye. They become fixed; they cannot move. If you are trying to be attentive to any other part of the body it is difficult. This third eye catches attention, forces attention; It is magnetic for attention. So all the methods all over the world have used it. It is the simplest to train you in attention because not only are you trying to be attentive, the gland itself helps you; it is magnetic. Your attention is brought to it forcibly. It is absorbed.
It is said in the old tantra scriptures that for the third eye attention is food. It is hungry; it has been hungry for lives and lives. If you pay attention to it, it becomes alive. It becomes alive! The food is given to it. And once you know that attention is food, once you feel that your attention is magnetically drawn, attracted, pulled by the gland itself, attention is not a difficult thing then. One has only to know the right point. So just close your eyes, let your two eyes move just to the middle, and feel the point. When you are near the point, suddenly your eyes will become fixed. When it becomes difficult to move them, then know you have caught the right point.

thank's for you intention to teach me separately,but I'm already far away from a beginner.
I had a negative Kundalini 36 years ago and one year later I took some classes in Transcendent Meditation,that is founded by Maharishi Mahesh yogi and I'm sure you know who he is.
In my first meditation,with my Teacher,I moved half way out from my body and when my Teacher understood what had happened,he immediately wanted me to start as a student in Maharishis headquarter in Seelisberg Switzerland,where Maharishi by him self was in that time living....he try everything to convince me,he told about the life there and how you could even in the night go to Maharishi,because when he was sleeping,he could still communicate with you.
In that time my life was in a situation,that I could not do it,but I followed for some years all the instruction I had got for meditation....but after that it was to simple meditation for me and I start step by step developing the meditation by my self.
Last 5 years,I have meditate less,but still every morning about 1 hour,before that I meditate every morning from 2-4 hours and I have meditate in last 35 years at least for 30 000 hours....a lot of my sleeping is connected to normal conscious and when I close my Eyes even in the day time,I'm seeing dream time immediately.
So I did not ask you any help,I only wanted you to be aware,that some People are very sensitive and if they don't get information,what could happen,if something open quickly,then they can be very scared.
I think you are doing a good work,but it is good still to take everything into consideration.
