The RecipeThe ingredients are simple, easily available and cost next to nothing. You will need: 5 aspirin tablets (not the effervescent kind), about a tablespoon of natural organic honey and natural white yogurt.
Step 1
First, put the aspirin tablets inside a small plastic bag or sandwich bag. Using the bottom of a glass, crush the tablets inside the bag until they form a white powder. The bag will prevent the powder from spreading everywhere!
Step 2
Next, take the honey and yogurt and mix them together. When they’re fully mixed, add in the powder from the aspirin Before putting on the mask, remember to wash your face and remove any makeup or makeup residue. In order to prep your skin and get it ready for application, put a warm washcloth on your face. The heat will dilate your pores so the mask will penetrate the skin for a maximized effect! When applying to your face, take care to avoid the eye area.

The aspirin mask should be left to rest for at least 20-30 minutes. When the time is up, rinse thoroughly with warm water to completely remove the mask. You’re done!

There are some things to remember when using an aspirin mask. The preparation contains a chemical element, therefore should not be used more than two or three times a month. In the days after the treatment, it’s recommended to protect your face from the sun with sunscreen.
