What people believe or choose not to believe is their own affair. It seems like you have been going out of your way to give people a reason to be biased or could that be your your view of yourself. I don't care if you choose to have a religious belief or not. Generally we don't wear a badges either way so unless we bring it up who is to know? There is enough insanity in the world than to beat ourselves up for what we choose not to believe in, real or imagined.

I dont say you are horrible and you have the right to believe how you want being a Christian has nothing to do with being better than some one else I am a Christian I am not better than any one else I am simply for given its not some thing that I did it is some thing Christ did how do I know God is real well ask him for your self its not some thing you can pick apart its a challange to you just pray what do you have to lose if your right nothing if your wrong look at the gain I am not here to fuss with ya or to upset you in fact when I was young I thought God did not like me every one told me I was going to hell for things I had done but the love of Christ showed me some thing God did not want to sent me to hell he loves me and that changed me I asure you God is very real he is not mad at you he loves you and if you can put aside your anger and think on what has been said to ya I dont know who made you so angry but dont be God is a God of Love and mearcy

An Atheist is someone who lacks belief in a God, and don't really have to prove anything. The person making the outrageous claim is the one with something to prove. Also as long as religious beliefs are displayed publicly, the topic will be open for discussion.

Some of the worst atrocities against humanity have been committed by religious zealots. Notice, I said "zealots". Not all believers are flaming mad. It's people, not the religion itself, that are to blame for all the madness.

Let's see:

The "theory" of evolution has been proven to be correct, yes - that's right, once upon a time your family tree contained a monkey.

The "big bang" has been reproduced in a lab, thus I think that shoots the whole religious "creation" theory right out the window.


I think the true question is, what compells someone to believe blindly in something that there is no legitimate proof of. It's been proven that "Jesus Christ" was a real living being, HOWEVER - in no instance other than his has a woman become magically "impregnated" - funny thing.

Come to think of it, that whole story kindof reminds me of the Greek mythology of Hercules..Yeah, you know - the miraculous son of a mortal mother and the "king of the gods". Even more strange still, is how all surviving portraits of Zeus look strangely similar to the painted images that depict "God".
