I noticed nothing changed on CS!
i have been on CS since 2011 (ON and OFF), in this website nothing has changed, same layout, same options, same framework of technology.What has changed are some new USERS.
***Have to admit BLOGGERS in here are absolutely amazing.***
Question is when every other known website with good number of audience have a face lift to their website atleast once in a year , by adding new features etc, why CS has been ignoring to all that, is this because:
1, CS dont have a budget
2, CS dont have a long term plane
3, New technology might loose the existing users because of lack of adoption to the new layout.
What is your say?

you are a novice here - at least by me cause I'm ancient - and yet you know you way around better than me. Now that is surprising given that you're a woman.
But adding instead of only subtracting would be beneficial.
on all other websites you will see more easiness, more features being added to add more spice, here they have subtracted a feature which they should had made more powerful by adding that to their account, or maybe added a voice server and video calling too.

I think CS has not changed because the people here are not treated like content, as they are treated at other sites. Here the content, the IT of this place, is set to match the objectives of the customers/users. Aside from whether the people here are friendly or not, the interface is entirely friendly and provides a welcoming experience.
I know, that sounds so 90s…. sadly. Maybe the other sites will come around to the formula CS has, which is what tenner is referring to.

exactly.. it seems to work fine for most users. I see no point in changing something just for the sake of the change especially in matters of functionality.
You should try everything at least once, before you contradict the possibility in such a hurry

i get your point, if you check around all communication apps are turning to socializing media where all signed in user get a chance of reaching each other.
CS happens to be a dating site, i am sure so many of us use Skype etc. to communicate with a user which makes CS user leave a their platform and use the other one, CS should accommodate such facilities on the site.
it is so technical to add an image or a video to the blog!
CS should make it is easy and advance.
I have been on other sites with forums and found most their forums and blogs lacking. Lacking participation and lacking content also some lacking in the features that cs offers. Maybe cs has not updated in a while because they are giving the others a chance to catch up

Being in this technology, all others have added so many features to it, even relationship ends if there is no spice in them

you have a point, that is why i wrote , sometimes it is hard to adopt new layouts, CS should add some features, they have such a big ground to built on.

What do you thing of adding some more technology on CS blog area, what it can be?
I would promote that the Chat room comes back, instead we have to communicate on Skype / Blogs / Forums, of which only Skype is Chat, and thereby takes the business away from CS.

thanks for a quick flashback, but these are feature changes, i though you mentioned on design changes.
I think these are known as the technical update we do to the websites when we find issues.
I was referring to the face lift as design and new features they can add on the website.

All i see is an un stoppable machine of production non perfect, room of getting better ACTS.
do you think it is easy for a new user to add videos/images on the blog
but thats not necessarily always a good thing.
I love the ease of use at CS. The other sites, like OK Cupid, etc, don't compare. It is my favorite site.
CS made a very good ground/platform but need to add some new feature with the same easiness.
