How Do You WANT It to Be?
One of the best ways to improve any area of your life is to be sure you are speaking about things the way you WANT them to be. Do you often do the opposite? Do you groan and complain about how bad things are? And do you find that you seem to get more and more of those bad things in your life?Start turning that around today by using the power of your words to call in better experiences. When people ask how you are, rather than complaining, say something like, "Feeling pretty good today, thanks!" or "Things could always be worse!". Notice that you don't have to lie and say that things are great when they really aren't - but find a way to answer in a positive manner.
You may not believe it will change anything, but you may be surprised by how well it really works.
Today's Positive Quote:
"When people asked, I used to tell them how sick I was. The more I talked about being sick, the worse I got. Finally, I started saying, 'I'm getting better.' It took a while, but then I started to feel better too." - Michael Hirsch (Person with AIDS)

I too believe in the power of positive thinking. It does work. More people should practice it.
Plus, people are more attracted to positive people than negative people.
Negative energy is draining.
Having said that, I also do believe that if you have cause to feel sad, angry, etc. it is also better to acknowledge that feeling, not to bury it. Once it is acknowledged and listened to, it leaves.
