it seems to happen often around me. I'm driving on a highway with no stop signs or signals, and on the side crossroad, a vehicle, usually a small car, will suddenly dart in front of me and almost get hit. Yet, I look in the rear view mirror and see that there is about a mile or more clear behind me. So, I ask myself, "Why did that little car have to dart in front of me, risking a wreck, when all they had to do was wait about two seconds for me to pass by?"
