Popularity & Advice

What's uP, people? Hope everyone's having a good monday...I had something on my mind..and as so many other 'bloggers' pointed out..thats what the 'blogs' are for..to speak MY mind..NOT that of anyone else..so here goes..this is whats on my mind today...(besides a 'special certain someone' in my life who is going thru a difficult time rite now..THAT was the 1ST thing on my mind..;) I read all the time about ways to meet new people online..and ways to find old & new 'friends'...etc, etc..especially on HERE..Everyone gives the advice to newcomers & older members who arent hearing from anyone..Its 'get involved'....or 'post forums'....write 'blogs'..etc..etc..etc...well, IMO...(and speaking as 1 who has written & responded to others 'blogs /forums')...it seems that 'clicks' and 'popularity' are alive & well & living on 'CS'...why is it that if you're NOT someone who posts all the time...or you 'reply' to others 'blogs & forums' it seems it always ends up being a more 'personal' chat between the SAME members??? I have posted blogs....forums...and rarely do i get moe than 1 or 2 'replys'.....whats up with that? Just wondering, because if these people who GIVE that 'advice' only respond to blogs their 'friends' post..how are others supposed to meet & make new friends?? I'm kewl with it personally, I have 'friends' on here (and have gotten to the point where i ONLY get on here to collect my msgs from him & my friends or to read some blogs/forums when i'm bored!:) AND I have a 'life' OUTSIDE of CS, but what about those other people you are 'advising' to 'get involved'? If they DO and no one even bothers to reply, its no wonder there are so many 'lonely, needy' people on here!
