What provocation Putin didn't like the idea of Ukraine joining N.A.T.O. so that's an excuse to go in and destroy the country. Oh no I forgot it was to get rid of the Nazis.

Same as in 1999 when he decided to attack Chechnya the West were not involved.

If you see a clip of him when he was younger, the contrast is stark. Because of his media exposure, any decline is incremental and less obvious, like the difference between seeing a growing child every day and once a year.

Trump has been exhibiting signs of paraphasia for a long time. The muddling of 'oranges' and 'origins' springs to mind, particularly his confusion/frustration/discomfort at the time, like he sport of knew it was wrong, but the right word wouldn't come to him.

I also read/heard somewhere recently that Trump's partying in the 80's/90's involved cocaine.



Episodic memory relates to autobiographical events such as your first kiss, your wedding, or maybe your first presidential campaign and who it was against. It's about 'remembering', rather than 'knowing' (semantic memory) and creates a sense of self.



It struck me reading this, specifically 'self-awareness' that Trump's narcissism may interact with other cognitive issues. Going back to episodic memory above, those with a severe lack of empathy often have difficulty developing a sense of self without the context of a sense of others.

Being booed at the Sneaker Con, getting a low percentage of the primary votes for an incumbent(ish), the prospect of having his wealth (or lack thereof) exposed, the prospect of losing his businessman image and therefore his sense of self, the prospect of going to prison for the rest of his natural life, a loss of control...all these things may interact with his specific narcissistic personality traits creating a lot of internal conflict and stress.

I'm not trying to diagnose Trump by any stretch of the imagination. I'm just toying with the idea that he might have several issues that are all interacting under extreme stress.

Exactly. When all you have is Trump or Biden to run a country the size of the U.S.A. it speaks volumes.

I am not Christian but believe that Trump is an example of how not to be, or of someone that should not be in a position of political power. I am assuming that the traits that are discussed in the video that are considered Christian, are opinions that are shared values of most people. Unfortunately, the Republican party have been hijacked by the extreme Christian right and they do not care about the appearance of Trump or his personal values. They want someone to cave into their agenda and what ever vision they have. I actually think these extreme right Christians in the Republican party are themselves not Christians but people who are in fact grifters or have an agenda that is one of domination and control as they use faith as a vehicle to get what they want. Trump is a corrupt person who is willing to be their puppet or participant.
The video might explain why a vote for Trump is not in their best interest to believers but the Trumpettes are probably too far gone to see the logic.

For starters he will try to annul all the charges against him possibly claiming Presidential immunity and that in itself will be a huge issue for the Constitution.Oh yes ,of course he is totally innocent of any claims made against him according to his fans.

Don't you find it odd that a man would try to sell "his" Bible along with sneakers and perfume on a campaign trail That in itself smacks of egotism.

The financial camps which he is relying on have very different ideas about what a second Trump administration should look like, and finance types are not keen on funding Trump’s legal battles — not to mention his plan for a 10 per cent import tariff.

Both Trump and Biden are unfit for purpose. America needs to wake up.J.M.O

I think Putin will say and do what is best for him...that is why he is hell bent on Trump to win...as he is easily influenced...prone to flattery as well as infatuated with money/power...
Trump will do as he pleases...including changing his mind that suits his needs...
Trump needs half a billion dollars...who is he going to call?...

Well lets face it somebody needs to as America is so trigger happy no-one is safe .Trump attending the wake of a New York police officer shot on duty when he wants the rioters attending January 6th. insurrection where police officers came under attack released is ludicrous. Two faced or what.

Firstly I objected to the poster's opening post with my comment on post 4 .It shows no respect whatsoever to the people who lost their lives. How anyone can mock this accident with comedy is totally beyond my comprehension.

Secondly this is NOT a terrorist attack it's a tragic accident . What has it got to do with Politics?
