It looks like Islamic terrorists have taken an opportunity to hit at Russia by attacking the concert hall in Moscow. The US embassy said they had warned about a possible impending attack on a public venue by terrorists, but it appears Putin ignored the warning.

The RICO Act is very specific about which combination of crimes come under it's jurisdiction. You'd know that if you had read anything from the link I cited as you asked.
I realise there are no pictures in the RICO manual, but surely you can see that holding an impeachment inquiry where no one has any idea what crime may have been committed, is not what you might expect from grown-arsed politicians who are being paid relatively handsomely for their expertise.

While pro-lifers celebrated the overturning of Roe v. Wade—called by jurists “bad law”—abortion terrorists revealed their murderous rage.
The group Ruth Sent Us published the home addresses of six Supreme Court justices, leading to front-yard protests and threats against the justices and their families and suggested targeting the children of Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
Another group of pro-abortion thugs, Jane’s Revenge, attacked pro-life pregnancy centers. On June 15 this group published its manifesto promising that the attacks will increase and stated they “find joy” in creating fear and mayhem and promised a “Night of Rage” in which disgruntled abortion activists guaranteed to “unleash hell” and that “anything goes.” “We need to express this madness fully and with ferocity. We need to quit containing ourselves. We need them to be afraid of us.”
As Matt Staver of Liberty Counsel wrote, “Roe may be dead but Jezebel is still alive and well.”
Instead of condemning the senseless and destructive rage, President Biden has fueled the fire by blaming Trump’s pro-life court appointees and claiming that abortion is healthcare. In front of the Supreme Court Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer joined pro-choice protesters on the day justices debated the constitutionality of a piece of Louisiana legislation titled “Louisiana Unsafe Abortion Protection Act.”
With venom in his voice and a devilish look on his face Schumer yelled, “I want to tell you Neil Gorsuch, and you Brett Kavanaugh, you have unleashed a whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you, if you go forward with these awful decisions.”
The Court was hearing a challenge to a Louisiana law that required doctors who perform abortions to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals, a law opponents said would limit women’s access to abortion in the state.
If any one has ever had any doubts about the legitimacy of the pro-abortion crowd, all doubts should quickly vanish. This is a group that has far exceeded the limits of peaceful discourse and moral propriety.

Mass shooting in Moscow concert hallCrocus City, a music venue just northwest of the Russian capital, came under attack by unknown assailants late on Friday.

Are you talking about this recent case?If you are, it's because it's a civil case, not a criminal one. The objective was to disgorge fraudulently obtained profits and give that money back to 'the people' of NY.
The hush money case is criminal, but it's a very low level felony. A prison sentence of up to four years could be imposed in the event of a guilty verdict, but my understanding is that it's unlikely.
Having obtained a civil ruling of widespread and persistent fraud in the Trump Organisation, it's possible that a criminal trial could follow, especially with the independent monitor in place who has to report any discrepancies. This would be an expensive and pointless exercise however, if any of his other pending cases landed him enough jail time to be a life sentence in effect.
If the federal Supreme Court and Judge Aileen Cannon get his criminal cases dismissed between them, then it may become relevant to pursue a criminal conviction for fraud, assuming no statute of limitations have passed, or that he isn't voted back into office where he can dismantle everything that doesn't suit him.

The major risks hurting his chance for reelection are his sons legal problems, biden’s age and mental health, our economy and the border issues and the middle east problems where both china and russia are calling for Israel to ceasefire. So with all these situations threatening his reelection, why would biden allow poor priorities like worrying about ice cream machines when he ignores the border.The hand is for two reasons: the situation above and because you refused to have a meal with me (not date) if I visited there.
