question that has baffled only men for centuries and decades

I am sure that most, if not all, men have pondered this thought and question...and many have most likely shed a tear or two over it. Living alone. All by yourself. No woman as company. crying Just you. That is it. The question is...when you cannot share and pass gas by yourself....is it a waste or a relief?

hmmm

To my surprise, I was subjected to a new alcohol test

To my surprise, I was subjected to a new alcohol test at 0:24 last night. Blowing in breath tester and breath alcohol analyzer was abolished and replaced with a read test. For the police a great simplification, but as a 'customer' you will have to look out of your caps. According to the developers, the test should be infallible and with 100% certainty the drivers who drank too much should be able to identify. This has to do with not being able to pronounce certain letter combinations when one has drunk. In order to allow you to prepare somewhat, I add the text to be read here so that you will not be thrown into the deep. You can only crawl behind the wheel if you can read this text easily ... "In a sailor's village once lived a girl named Barbara. Barbara made the most delicious rhubarb pudding in the far wide area, and everyone was so fond of Barbara's rhubarb pudding that they called her Rhubarb Barbara. Because Rabarberbarbara became so familiar with her rhubarb pudding at one point, she decided to open her own bar, of course the bar was called the Rhubarb Barbarabar. Rhubarb barbara had quite a few regular customers in its Rhubarb barbarabar, but by far the most famous customers were 3 barbarians who regularly enjoyed rhubarb barbara rhubarb pudding in the rhubarb barbarabar. And because these barbarians so often went to the rhubarb barbarabar to eat rhubarb barbara's rhubarb pudding, they were nicknamed Rabarberbarbar barbarians at one point. The Rhubarb barbar barbars of course also had long tough beards, cheers

Pre-wrapped meat over meat wrapped in brown paper.

Read this comment on another site in regards to fresh meat.Quote/I stopped buying the pre-wrapped stuff. A couple of times it's been bad after opening. I'd rather pay the extra 20 cents to get the fresher stuff in butcher paper rather than have to drive all the way back to the store to get the refund on the spoiled product./End quote

I got the idea for my bottom post from the article above.

I recall back to when I was a small child and my parents traded our split-level home for a grocery store where my parents opened a meat market and sold fresh meat. They would order sides of beef, pork and cut it up in portions and also sold some salads and such. Back in the day they would let their customers open a charge account and were given a certain time to pay on it/pay it off they chose to do and would be allowed to charge more food just as long as they paid on their previous owed amount. After my father passed on my mother had sold the business and we both had moved into a townhouse.

How old is your oldest article....

How old is your oldest article of clothing that you still wear? I have a pair of Levis jeans that are at least 10 years old. I had to bring them in once to get the crotch area patched, but they are still holding up. I am wondering if I can get 30 years out of them? laugh

Back to the good old days

The Middle Ages were cool. The common folk gathered together to let off steam, sing songs, and make bawdy s*xual jokes which were considered the height of wit, the cruder the better, and if some toilet humour could be added, people laughed so hard they farted rolling on the floor laughing grin

They accepted their lords and masters without question, even though they often mocked them mercilessly, and did as they were told even when that meant going off to fight, or their women being hauled off to the manor for a jolly rogering. They were bewildered or even angry when outsiders said they should work together to change things. CHANGE?

Outsiders who didn’t rock the boat were greeted with extreme hospitality because the villagers were vaguely aware that fresh blood in the gene pool was probably a good thing. They drank too much after a long week, fell into bed haystacks with each other - the prim Victorian age was many, many centuries in the future - and didn’t really keep track of who had fathered which baby, so a fair amount of inbreeding went on.

Their religion only ever became an issue if someone believed something else, when they became enraged to the point of apoplexy. They weren’t interested in anyone else’s point of view - their way or the highway pitchfork, bud

So - they were crudely mocking about sex, complained about their leaders, and were hostile about religious variations. I’ve been catching up on the blogs yay we’ve made it safely back to happier, simpler times!

Unknown phenomena ......2

Forecasting
Future events.....some people ask

Why normally....bad events are only told....
By anyone who reads future.
Because to help the innocents
By saving from disaster ....

OK ...here I am forecasting....goodluck
Only for the future world....
From year 2030 on wards ...there is
Only Goodluck....for all living beings
Because....there is a direct blessing
From God.
So....what happens before...2030...
Don't ask me.....I don't like to say
The worst things....
Bye now....will continue. Later.

TEDTalks:What is happiness by Dr.Robert Waldinger1

Why you should listen?
Dr. Robert Waldinger is Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, Director of the Center for Psychodynamic Therapy and Research at Massachusetts General Hospital, and Director of the Harvard Study of Adult Development. The Study has tracked the lives of two groups of men for over 75 years. Dr. Waldinger is now expanding the Study to the Baby Boomer children of these men to understand how childhood experience reaches across decades to affect health and wellbeing in middle age.

Dr. Waldinger received his A.B. from Harvard College and his M.D. from Harvard Medical School. He is the author of numerous scientific papers as well as two books. He is a practicing psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, he teaches Harvard medical students and psychiatry residents, and he is on the faculty of the Boston Psychoanalytic Institute. He is also a Zen priest.

What keeps us healthy and happy as we go through life? If you were going to invest now in your future best self, where would you put your time and your energy? There was a recent survey of millennials asking them what their most important life goals were, and over 80 percent said that a major life goal for them was to get rich. And another 50 percent of those same young adults said that another major life goal was to become famous.
(Laughter)

And we're constantly told to lean in to work, to push harder and achieve more. We're given the impression that these are the things that we need to go after in order to have a good life. Pictures of entire lives, of the choices that people make and how those choices work out for them, those pictures are almost impossible to get. Most of what we know about human life we know from asking people to remember the past, and as we know, hindsight is anything but 20/20. We forget vast amounts of what happens to us in life, and sometimes memory is downright creative.

But what if we could watch entire lives as they unfold through time? What if we could study people from the time that they were teenagers all the way into old age to see what really keeps people happy and healthy?

We did that. The Harvard Study of Adult Development may be the longest study of adult life that's ever been done. For 75 years, we've tracked the lives of 724 men, year after year, asking about their work, their home lives, their health, and of course asking all along the way without knowing how their life stories were going to turn out.

Studies like this are exceedingly rare. Almost all projects of this kind fall apart within a decade because too many people drop out of the study, or funding for the research dries up, or the researchers get distracted, or they die, and nobody moves the ball further down the field. But through a combination of luck and the persistence of several generations of researchers, this study has survived. About 60 of our original 724 men are still alive, still participating in the study, most of them in their 90s. And we are now beginning to study the more than 2,000 children of these men. And I'm the fourth director of the study.

Depression

Today due to the materialism people forget the satisfaction as well as peace.mostly they effected from mental disorder like depression.sadness.howeverthey use drugs which are dreaded for health.firstly we should find the reason about these diseases.there are many solutions like we should do meditation yoga. We far away from truth that we are body but we are soul which has been isolated from god. Birth and death are big sorrows. GOD ALWAYS LIVE INSIDE OUR HEART BUT WE FIND HIM OUTER WORD. Though we shold love the nature birds animals. We must help the poor people .music is also good therapy for mental ill ness.we think nobody watch our sin and crime but we can not hide from god. His law is too poweful.we should pray to god then v spend chrismatic life.throw your hectic tension far away. We are all god in dimise.no one live forever there.neither king or nor begger.we are all traveller when god call we suddenly leave this romantic word no one have power to resume us . God is creature. Throw your depression sadness.enjoy ur life.
