I got a New Years text from an old friend I haven't seen in a few years. He asked what I was up to and I responded that I'm back into flying model aircraft. We met as a group who used to talk on 2-way radio, starting with CB and later getting ham radio licenses. Now, his hobby/sport is guns. Lots of guns. I asked if he was into buying and selling as a collector and his response was shooting. I guess that's his final answer.
He did say he's going through life with the 'check engine' light on and I understand that statement.
I'll have to stop by to see him on my next trip to Miami.

I once thought about camping in the desert. When night falls, sit down and lean on your lover's shoulder, looking at the stars in the sky. The sound of the gas campfire next to the tent is intertwined with the sound of the wind, which is a song of blessing. If you are lucky, you may also see shooting stars. I think this will be an unforgettable experience. When we have gray hair, we are still reminded of these wonderful experiences. This is why I work hard, so that I can enjoy life freely without having to worry about tedious work.
I'm looking for a gentleman who can watch the stars with me.

i posted few comments on his being in a relationship blog. i just checked my last one to see if he responded. i still saw my username as the last commenter, but my comment was gone. wow! instead of responding, he deleted all my comments. what a coward!
