good thats what it is all about ,fellowship ,good food and beer ,or wine or whatever
way to much for me to type. and besides I never cook from a recipe ,well most of the time I don't, I just add what I have on hand ,but I always have the right stuff as in spices and tomatoes ect.
Jan1305: Nada! A few celery sticks, walnuts and yoghourt....and a swim....and half an hour on the exercise machine I´ve recently bought.

If you are looking to get healthy you should eat like maybe five very small meals everyday ,this keeps the motor running and burns the calories even as you sleep

I was out at dinner time, so with getting home late, just toast and an apple to fill my growling belly until tomorrow morning. I don't like to eat too much late at night.
