It seems to me most people have, and are simply members of a little social club.
Nothing wrong in that of course, it´s a very nice club much of the time, but it´s not really what most people had in mind when they joined is it?

I haven't given up...BUT then I don't actively look either...I am just here to socialize while waiting for my SO to pop his head in some day....

I am only on this site to make friends but you never know when something might happen for someone. People have at times been on here for a couple of years and then all of the sudden they meet someone and they get married. The path to love is never an easy one.

I guess if it happens, it happens, if it doesn't it doesen't, but for the most part it is a good time while you are here. We are able to converse, debate and talk and who knows, maybe someone you never thought you would care to meet on more than a casual level happens to light the candle one night.

Given up not really just not looking right now.Before I could ever get into another relationship again I want to make sure that I'm really ready for one.Besides I've got some things I need to take care of first in my life before I could ever let a man in my life. It just wouldn't be fair to let a man into my life right now if I'm not really ready for him to do so.That would be misleading and very unfair to him.

I see a lot of very hard work going into the flirting here by many people, yet it doesn´t seem to result in the desired aim. 
Why is that? I think I know of only three successful couples here in the 4 years I´ve been here.

All I can say is I Never Give Up , cause to find real love , in the end it will have all been worth it. But it takes work.
