HJFinAZ: Today I will begin to learn how to love myself.
I will begin by simply looking in the mirror and saying out loud, "I am lovable." It may sound silly and feel even sillier, but only because I don't believe it's true.
I will practice doing this at least once every day. The more I practice, the more comfortable it will feel. Eventually, I will believe it to be true.

I always say that when I look in the mirror in the morning and the image winks back at me I know I am doing alright...tee-hee!!!!

I do that quite often HJ simply because I had a very difficult
time thinking I was even worth looking at. Now I look in
the mirror and say damn you look pretty good for a sassy
lady pushing 60.
