My take on this, as a person in a LDR and planning to travel to see him in December, is that for me, it will be an experience whether we hit it off or not.

I have travelled all over the world but avoided the USA, I now have the opportunity to see a small part of it.

I also know that the man I am visiting will make the experience as pleasant as possible, even if we don´t have that physical attraction, and we will still remain frends.

That´s good enough for me to take the plunge and go on another journey.

Met Jim on this site in januari. Been talking on msn, phone, on cam. Decided to meet in Londen. I flew in from the Netherlands, he from Scotland. It was great! He was all I expected and more! In may I moved to Scotland and I have been here for little over a year now. I was still in a relationship at the time we met, but just could not help falling in love. And I am so glad I did! kiss heart beating smitten love

I do not like to think we would ever split up, but if it would happen I would surely travel again, not matter where to. If the feeling is right, just go for it. If u do not like the person u can at least make it a good holiday and just be honest with the other person.
