What do you do after the ice is broken? (118)
KajunQueenSomewhere, Louisiana USA18 Threads 630 PostsI have been wondering what it is I am doing wrong..I get eye to eye contact,go up and speak to the guy,some small talk happens,then we go our separate ways never to see each other again...How can you actually get a date? Is it too forward to ask for a date right when you meet?I feel weird about that. Should I let them come up to me?(they usually don't,so I started going up to them).

Whip out a pencil and note pad and start checking off the criteria they meet. LOL, that's what I'd do.

When the ice is broken, I usually add it to the blender in my smoothies.

print off some A4s of your profile and keep them in your bag when you go out, for distribution Why not it, it could be fun and helps close an icy situation perhaps.

For a serious answer now, Kajun (sorry, but I had to get the wisecrack out earlier), I usually offer my phone number if he doesn't have it already, and let him take it from there.

I would make sure to smile and make sweet eye contact. Then I might say, "well, if I see you around, my name is...." That way it might be a friendly, subtle way to let them decide what action to take! Ta daaa!

yes some get cold feet straight away , mostly everything goes down in the first few seconds of eye contact ,"like do you want to or not" you should know this !! any longer and its over or should we be freinds , most pick ups happen without a word spoken
