But what if the woman you're with makes more than you? What's wrong with a woman doing her fair share.Isn't a realtionsip split 100%? Or at least it should be anyhow.JMO

Personally I like to show how genuinly interested I am once we have got to having a date,even though a first date for me is more like chat friends meeting for the first time-no pressures.
If I have it and she does not have it then it is my shout.But I respect my dates wishes,and if she insists then we work something out.
Im old fashioned in that way but with a bit of modern mixed in.

If I'm being asked out on a date he usually pays, if I ask him to come with me to the mall or somewhere, and then I want to eat, I'll probably offer to pay, but most men here will pick up the tab at a movie counter, or for icecream, or coffee. I haven't dated in a looong time, but the last time I wnt out on a date, I didn't pay, I didn't even offer to pay, the man would have been offended...
Maybe that's just how it is overhere.
