Are you kidding, with an Obama administration the Iranian people will be of no concern, as was revealed after the supposed election of ah-meana-nut-job. A Washington administration sitting on verified proof of hidden nuclear progams in Iran, and instead of using its weight to draw attention away from the protestors, and further embolden those asking questions, Obama twiddled his thumbs. Twiddling, and passing his time, just waiting for his moment of praise, which had he played the ace in the hole sooner, would need to have been shared with others, who had obtained the info, and shared it before he was even on the scene. Like the left loved to watch Hussein throw innocent people from buildings while twiddling their thumbs, saying, "Oh my", so were those innocent Iranians watched by the Obama administration.

Well, Israel were never persecuted for their secret nuclear program so why should Iran be treated differently? They too have a sovereign right to defend their own soil. Seems the countries who want to deny Iran the nuclear option all seem to have it themselves.
I seem to remember similar accusations being used to stir up public opinion prior to the Gulf war? Seems to me that countries with the nuclear option don't get invaded.
And there are blatent lies being told by mainstream news channels in the UK including Adam Bolton on Sky News.

No one would protect Iran. The relations between US, Russia and Europe are far more important for Russia to do any action against others. This happens always to smaller countries. No matter how aggressive they are, what types of weapons they have, there are certain "invisible" boundaries they should not pass. As long as they are within their fences they are safe (and big countries claim to have protected them!!!). Once they get out of it no one would really care about them.
