Like the US, Russia has an elaborate fail-safe system whereby hundreds of ICBMs (now all with MIRVS) can be launched even if the capital and other major cities are destroyed. That capability was at the heart of the old MAD (mutually assured destruction) standoff.
If Israel were to launch a missile against Russia, long before the missile even began re-entry, scores of nukes would be on their way toward Israel. Including several dozen from submarines and ships in the Mmediterranean, Persian Gulf and Indian Ocean.

One, I do agree with you that Iran should be treated the same as Israel in regards to having the weapons, Israel should be prosecuted for their manufacture of weapons.
BUT how long do you think it would be before one of those weapons leaves Iran to be used by a terrorist somewhere in the world?
