Firstly I'm a kiwi so obviously my opinion is just that- an opinion but none the less, why shouldn't they (terriosts/non terriosts-guilty untill proven innocent) be brought to an American court of law?
Has Bush been found guilty yet for starting a war disregarding UN sanctions and where are the weapons of mass destruction?
Perhaps when some so-called terriorsts a found innocent after living at gitmo for years without been "formerly" charged they can live happily ever after on Bush's ranch as his stable hands.

can someone tell me. what happen to the home of the free. is it just a saying. but the funny thing. i have always notice about the USA. its alright for USA to bomb someone. but when someone bombs the USA. they cry foul.since i live in Ukraine. i really don't care where they go to court at. but what i do have a problem with. we are suppose to take the USA word that they are terrorist.
