I think most of the people are trying to be friends or solve each others problem or in easier way try to say their problems out loud since no one is watching!

You're totally giving off the idea of an extremely pessimistic person who won't even bother taking a risk with someone new. You cannot generalise as it's dangerous to do so! Finding someone is all about taking a risk...if it weren't, we woudn't grow as people. You just need to take bad experiences as they should be taken - experiences which you learn from and grow as a stronger and better person.
First love yourself (not in a narcissistic way!) and others will follow.

Just change the paragraph about what you are looking for to something more positive and hang out on the forums a little more often. You'll meet and talk to all kinds of nuts on the forum, like me. Well that is good to know.I use yahoo email so as to make sure the ones that come in from some IP addresses that flood the email list with scaming don't come through. I make them use Yahoo so they cannot mass mail from these other ISP's. I went online and found one that makes a point in hiding the emailers identity. I have been approached so many times with "if you will send me money I will love you", I am begining to wonder if anyone out here is for real...LOL.

Strange that, because I, unlike you have had many maybe you are contacting tyhe wrong females.
I have not contacted anyone until they have contacted me and upon writing to them, have received replies, so not sure what is going on for you, but persevere and hopefully things will get more positive.
Try writing more in US than Canada, since it appears that Canadians do not appear to wish to communicate when there is such a long distances between prospective partners.
