offbeat58: Since I lost my wife last year I haven't been in the mood to be around people at Christmas...until I find someone I guess it will stay that way.
Christmas and other special days are hard. I lost my husband in 07 and the holidays still pull at the heart. Hope your day isnt too bad.

I've always enjoyed helping and doing for others. It's just my way of giving back.A lot of the residents who reside in this home don't have family who visit them so I go mainly to spend time with them.

I love to be alone on the holidays. My business takes so much out of me this time of year. My work environment is loud with lots of people. Intercoms, music, phones and equipment running all the time. I will always be at peace when I have peace.
