Hi to all,

Why do I have to be different, when you look out of your window what do you see,

I don't see any cars, traffic, or people, only the sea, islands, otters, and seals, its a lovely view, until mid afternoon, someone has gone and parked / moored a bloody big work boat outside, one anchor line to the south of the house, and another to the north of the house, I don't think the house is moving yet !!! may-be they are going to charge up the batteries as I see a heavy cable being taken ashore and connected to the overhead power lines, must be bloody big batteries, it's a 11,000 volt power line,

Okay what do you all see when you look out of your living room window ??

((The work boat is laying a new under water cable from this Island to one of the outer islands))

Through my lounge and kitchen window I see a tidy lawn and shrubs, beyond that, trees, beyond the trees there is a small industrial site (relatively quiet I might add) Almost forgot to mention the abundance of different birds.

On the other side of the road is a line of trees and through the tree a beautiful centuries old church which is quite famous and attracts a lot of visitors. I'm very lucky!

Have the good views, but Zellarrone1 Oh what can I say, now that is most stressful, the sunrise on my home page was taken from my bedroom window, the ship outside finished working late that night, so now back to normal, Most of us don't know how lucky we are,

Zellarrone1 you take care,

Thanks for replying one and all,

Hi Riviera wave Well, thanks for your concern about my view... but to be honest if I had to look out onto a field or sea then it would drive me insane within half an hour help I'm a complete city woman and happiest when I'm either living or working in city centres. dancing

Hi to all

My apologies to Mickybwoy, Maisie, Mindffull, and any others I have left out,

I signed off quickly as the phone was ringing, and with the intention of returning to the post,

However after a 60 mile drive and 4 hours in the local hospital A&E must admit I had forgotten about the post,

Special apologies to Maisie and your ball of fluff ((The dog) just in case there are a few twisted minds out there) invisible never, with your good looks memorable is a better word,

And Mickbwoy no one likes loosing friends so I owe you a beer

I also came from the city life, but no way could go back to it .... may-be just getting toooooo old

Take care all,

The hospital casualty is now using crutches with one leg strapped up, thanks to a cat and flight of stairs.
