Driving is good... just don't do the Thelma & Louise ending. 
I go for walks, hikes... or take a book to my fav coffee shop and read.
Sometimes I'll shuffle my Tarot deck and pull a few cards but it's hard to be objective about yourself.

music,and writing poerty is the key for me,to escape beyond this world,so and just writing music,poetry is it for me,or even listening to music calms me down as well,like i said before it is the key,so yea,hope this helps out?

Going back or forward is a matter of perception . It happens when we expect too much from ourselves . Opt for a simple life , simple expectations . If there is something that you can not find an answer for take it to someone who can . Don't park millions of thoughts in your head . Do something nice , open the windows , put a nice music on , start cooking , phone someone for stimulating chat , go shopping , visit someone whom cheers you up , take a walk on the sunny side .. Change your perceptions . Love yourself ..x

Well there is this place at home... And the only way to get there is to follow the high power lines for miles that cut through the forest with a dirt bike.. And at this place there is a cliff with a water fall and nothing but dense forest around.. Many times I have spent a whole weekend there alone just listing to the wind and watching the waterfall.. It just revives me and I feel like nothing else matters..

Some days i want to get into my car and just keep driving...maybe even off the edge of the earth...lol...
Other days reading can absorb me into "their" world...somedays i just want a hole to open up so i can drop into it...
