Have you done a search in your local vicinity? How many are really there? Weed out the ones who haven't logged on in over a month, eliminate those who do not meet your age prerequisite, disregard those with no pictures if you are picture based, then, tell me what you are left with.....

True, I have changed my profile as of late....to reflect just such a reality.....but I came on here single and still single.

I have been here since March and came on here for that same
purpose. For someone to take my hand and be willing to walk
beside me through the rest of my life's journey. But to my
amazement, yes I am still looking, but I have acqiired so many
dear friends, that I never would have met if I had given up.
I would not trade that for anything. If that special gentleman
is out there I guarantee he will become my friend first.

If you aim to find only one thing here, you probably end up finding nothing...because you are not allowing yourself to see beyond your controlled thoughts.
When you open your mind to be free....you find you have things in common with others, you can learn a few things, you can share an experience.
Along that open minded path, you can find a friend that can touch your heart and become the special loved one for you.
I came here with the readyness for friendship...and have found many friends and interesting people, I can even find something positive in the ones that completely different from me and are full of sarcastic remarks...somewhere along the lines something intelligent will escape.
Love has not found me yet....but I found a whole new experience on this site.

There are many different types of relationships and each person is looking for a unique partner and/or friendship, email friend, dating, marriage ect..............
Although an online site is probably incapable of weeding out who is married and who is not, there will always be players on the internet.
There are players out in the " real " world as well.
I am fortunate enough to have actually gotten out from behind the screen and met some wonderful people on this site, so, it does happen.
There are real people out there just like you and just like me, searching and hoping for the best.
Will it happen? I don't know, however, I like to think that I have made some wonderful new friends and who knows.............

Theres more to life than rules buddy, you really have some issues that arent really doing you any favours airing them here. Ive met a goddess here but it wasnt through posting like yours. You really need to relax a bit. I know start with the sock drawer, it really doesnt matter which pair you wear and on which day and move on from there, chill man.
