I really was so happy to have met him. Then we IMd for the first time,

Then I tried to IM, email, flower, it all and had been blocked.
All I could think of was to ask my best friends on here to write to him

That is about it. It no longer lays in my hands, but I really liked him.

I'm so sorry you've had this experience, but don't beat yourself about it...It doesn't appear you've done anything that bad...just asking a question really shouldn't set someone off like that...
IMO, there's a problem if you've been blocked due to you just asking a question...I understand you really liked him, but you have to ask yourself...is he really worth the hurt feelings if he just disappeared over something that's really this minor...you need someone that's gonna be around when things get tough, not run away and hide...
You deserve someone that's more dependable, up front, and understanding...
