Sooooooo hot still .. it really saps one's energy

Still hot and oppressive on breathing here as the sinuses get stuffed up. TIP - When it gets this bad I use a large bowl full of cold water with a cold wet towel covering my head while I breathe in and out 5 - 6 times as and when I need to - Result = pressure relief on the sinuses, easier breathing and thus - comfort.
