It rained during the night, but today has been fine, and quite warm, it looks as tho it might rain again this evening.

Just now we've got a hail storm! Its setting all the alarms off too ...... the garden is covered in marble sized ice balls ..... freaky weather!
Excellent in sarkoville...a nice 18° or so..No clouds and the sun is starting to set...
Lovely settled evening here....getting dark now though.

Just stopped raining...so I may get out this afternoon 
Crystal29: Oooh I hate winter..I dont mind autumn...but I love love love Summer....I love being golden instead of peely wally white, I love driving to the seaside and eating ice-cream...I love when its light outdoors until 10pm....I love sitting in the garden reading my book and sipping on some chilled rose wine...I love how its warm in the house no matter what time of day or night....I love BBQs....I love walking to the shops in my summer sandals and NO cardi on....I love how the sunshine improves my mood...I love wearing very little instead of having to pull on 6 pairs of sock and a balaclava each morning just to keep the frostbite at bay!!

I love the fact that there's so few daylight hours. Mind you, it's always dark in my house all year round 'cos I have those special blackout curtains that don't let daylight in... and I never open them
Another good thing is, when it's dark I don't see the chavs and idiots as I'm riding home in the evenings. Oh, and all the shops and pubs and cafebars are lit up earlyish so it looks dead cosy
I also love that there's no humidity. So, I can get a good nights kip and also be cool at work
instead of roasting in 86 degrees at work, due to crap aircon 
I love biking in the snow and gales too, but only when it's tailwind NOT headwind
Winter foods, I love them too, hot curries and jacket potatoes with yummy fillings
I also love getting togged up in snow boots and big furry parkas
Lastly but not leastly, the snow and frost makes the world look pretty and cute. Hell, it even makes Hull look good when it snows
It's funny how we all prefer the different seasons and for different reasons. At least we're not all boring and all in love with the same season 
Been roasting hot last 2 days here phew. Looking forward to getting in the mountains of Bosnia monday for some cooler weather hopefully
