Lots of accomodation available in Sheffield, particularly around the university. Try googling student accomodation Sheffield.

Thank you bodleing, I have searched and saw that there are a lot of flats to rent.But I heard that if you find a flat from its owner, then you will have a chance on not paying city tax.

You will have to pay council tax one way or another. Sometimes it's included in the rent, but either way you'll be paying it.
