No. The scammers on here definitely are not intereted in ur maternal skills hunnie
and the men who r not scammers? So what if they r looking for a woman wh'd make a good mom? What r they s'posed to do - find a woman who'd be totally inappropriate as a model for a young child???????
now that would be downright irresponsible & they'd get criticized for hangin' out with hos and scrubbers
Fortunately for me, my wife survived long enough for our son to grow up. I am sure there are scammers out there pretending to be widowed with children. It is just as likely that a widower would like to find a companion that could except him as well as his children. No one seems to have a problem with single mothers on this site looking for love. Why the double standard?
Jul 28, 2010 7:19 PM CST Ladies: Do you get the feeling that the widowed men here just want a mother for their kids?

peacock33: Have any ladies noticed that there seem to be sooooo many men on this site who are widowed and have children? I am suspicious that they even are widowed, (women almost always live longer than men). Just wondering what you ladies think.
Lie down for a bit and count to 100, come back to what you've said and if you still agree with it, become a nun.

not really sometimes i find some widows more sincere. than the single players here(hey im not generalizing singles ok? im just to those singles who just look for fun instead of serious relationships )
felixis99: this is a good point. There may be some legitimate widowers on here, but there also was a scam going for awhile where we'd get an email from a man claiming to be a widower, usually working in construction, usually working overseas - often England on a contract of undetermined length, and eventually they'd ask for money for some reason that seemed plausible in context. I got about 6 of these guys, but fortunately I'd read the scam warnings on CS.... how many construction worker-widowers have we sent to the UK???? block/delete
I got exactly one like what you describe above just 2 days ago. the mail went into my filterbox. I didn't respond. I blocked and deleted. He ought to ask himself why the message went into my filterbox and read my profile again.
