I am burning a CD to do workouts to, and my mind has gone blank!
I used to have a string of songs on my laptop that I worked out to, as they suited the individual exercises, but I cant damn well remember them now, as I had to wipe my laptop last year!
Suggestions? I'm currently trying to find some on YouTube..

We really have some great music with a beat at Curves...
try their website and see if you can get the names of some of the songs....
